A group of friends from Mrs. Werth's 4th grade 1991 graduating class at Soldotna Elementary got together in 2022 and decided to create a group of companies that actually cares for every employee at every level.

Chief Executive Officer - Jerrad Anderson
Completed Soldotna High School in 1999.  Jerrad joined the Navy, learned Hebrew and Arabic, and led several teams and missions on various platforms and earned a DMSM.  Jerrad has a masters degree in HR.

Chief Operating Officer​ - Jack Taylor
Completed Soldotna High School in 1999.  Jack left Alaska to be with family in Louisiana and work several leadership positions in safety and operations, including positions on the Alaskan North Slope.

General Counsel - Greg Stein
Graduated Soldotna High School in 1999, and left a semester early to get a jump on college.  Greg has lived many places around the United States before returning to Alaska to pass his first bar exam in 2012.  Greg holds a Juris Doctorate in Law.
